Get your heart pumping and your muscles moving with Yoga, Zumba or a variety of other fitness classes. Group Exercise is a fantastic way to stay on track, and River Fitness gives you access to an assortment of aquatic and indoor result-oriented group exercises that cover all the essentials of total fitness.

9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Pickle Ball
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. – Water Aerobics – age 12 and up
11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. – Don and Christy Talbott, Alzheimer's discussion and questions and answers
1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Chair Exercise
3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Zumba
4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Ellie Galloway, Regional Director/Middle Peninsula/Northern Neck branch of the Alzheimer's Association, Alzheimer's discussion and questions and answers
5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. – Water Aerobics - age 12 and up
6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Yoga - mats available, feel free to bring your own mat
All day – Corn Hole, Walk the Indoor Track
All day – Children's Activities and Storytelling
All day – Crafts, reflections, sharing
All day – Wall of Love – bring a photo and/or name of someone impacted by Alzheimer's
All day – Light Refreshments
